A continuation into my explorations on ideas of memory and construction - here in the context of lost personal items that speak of a story/narrative of their past owners, and their subsequent "pairing" or "mending" through the construction of imperfect copies made purely from thread. Placed alongside a transient, interactive projection of their originals, this piece looks at ideas of the original VS the copy, the image VS the object, the real VS the fake.
